Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new property listings.
Market and sell residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property inspections and site visits.
Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, and developers.
Provide clients with investment advice and market insights.
Manage property transactions and documentation.
Collaborate with legal teams for property verification.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and investors.
Utilize digital marketing and CRM tools for lead generation.
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Relevant real estate certifications (NIESV, REDAN, AREN, etc.).
2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or property management.
Strong sales, negotiation, and marketing skills.
Knowledge of Nigerian real estate laws and market trends.
Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong client and investor network.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
