In 2023, we focused on building trust, establishing key partnerships, and setting the stage for future developments. It was a year of strategic planning, where we carefully identified prime locations and positioned ourselves for long-term success. One of our most defining moments was the introduction of The Baruch Residence, a premium land project in Epe, Odolayanra. The estate quickly gained recognition for its strategic location, high investment potential, and growing demand, drawing attention from both investors and homeowners. This success set the pace for what was to come.

As we moved into 2024, our focus shifted toward expansion, education, and delivering value on a larger scale. One of our key initiatives was the Real Estate Strategy Seminar, held on March 22, 2024, where we engaged over 100 students from Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) and Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED). The goal was simple: to empower the next generation of real estate professionals by equipping them with the knowledge and strategies needed to thrive in the industry.
2024 also marked a major milestone with the sellout of The Baruch Residence. In just a short time, over 100 hectares of prime land were allocated, turning aspiring property owners into proud landowners. For us, this achievement was more than just a business success, it was about making dreams come true and creating lasting value for our clients.

With this momentum, we are now bringing our next ambitious project to life: Ijebu City.
